As for the things that happened since Paris... This became a list of events again!
There was another studio photoshoot, together with Robert van Bruggen. Once again, it was a great photographer to work with. I'm lucky to meet such talented and inspiring people, doing the things I do. The results of the shoot will appear on my new website. (because my gallery is still small now) For now, one of the raws:

Then there was the great chance to meet Tim Burton! He's my one favorite director. When I heard he came to Amsterdam, I went crazy! I actually waited for 3 hours to get his autograph (and secretly give him my portfolio! Because you never know!) I really liked Tim Burton as a person too, he seemed very nice. And he drew Jack for me, that made me happy :D
And I even made it to the newspaper!
The weekend that followed, was planned in for the castle day. I dressed up together with my mom and our friends, in historical costumes. We only sat down and embroided stuff, just like the woman did in 1800. It was a great atmosphere. Like we where back in time. The setting was really perfect I guess :)
I also went to a show with birds of prey. I really like birds, they really have character. I took my camera along, because it's been a while since I took pictures myself. I missed photography, and I noticed how I got worse because I didn't practice for a while.
A picture of a small owl, it's cute!
So all the days that followed where to be spend either to Hamlet (I love that guy, really!) and to the costume for the elf fantasy fair! I spend way too much time to the costume though, Hamlet got a bit jealous of it, too.
But I'm happy how the dress turned out! I can't wait to wear it tomorrow. I really look forward to the festival, and I hope to meet lots of old friends and to make new ones.
If you read this after the festival, and maybe if you took some pictures of it, I'm always more then happy to receive them at dianasama@gmail.com.
